All DMCA notices, counter-notices and copyright concerns must be sent by email to support@artisticnudegirls.com. We handle these matters by email only and do not accept notices by postal mail.

Reporting an infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and believe that any content hosted on our website (or linked to or from our website) infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information by email to our designated agent:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid claim, www.artisticnudegirls.com will remove or disable access to the infringing content as soon as possible.

Counter-notices

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice to support@artisticnudegirls.com. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content from, and stop accepting submissions from, contributors who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
